Order Processing
All orders are processed on working days only. Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Information
Our standard delivery time is between 4 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
During peak shopping seasons, sales events, or public holidays, deliveries may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery Availability
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
- We deliver to your provided home or office address only.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier team will attempt delivery at least two times to the address provided during checkout.
Order Receiving
For security purposes, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Advance Payment Policy
High-Value Orders
For orders above Rs. 5,000, customers are required to pay a 10% advance payment before order processing.
Rejected or Canceled Orders
If a customer cancels an order or does not receive the parcel due to any reason, an advance payment of Rs. 500 will be required for future orders.
Refund Policy
If you request a refund for your complete order according to our Exchange & Return Policy, a shipping and handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
